Maksym Kysil - Project Manager at VSQUAD Studio

I’m Maksym, and I’ve spent the last 9 years living and breathing the gaming industry. My journey started in games journalism, analyzing market trends, and evolved into building products from scratch as a Product Owner and Project Manager. Today, I bridge the gap between bold game design and development realities by driving production pipelines and aligning cross-disciplinary teams. Over the years, I’ve learned firsthand that while a striking vision captures attention, it’s airtight project documentation and seamless communication that actually save budgets and prevent devastating release delays.
